The hotel is conveniently situated near a train station and Hammersmith tube station, making it easy to travel around. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the bar staff who provided an really good service.

Great central location, only 10 minutes walk to Olympia and Hammersmith station. Secure parking available. Upgraded to an Executive room with excellent service from Aurelia. Free glass of prosecco and Nespresso machine in the room. Good breakfast with plenty of fresh food.

Staying in this hotel with my family was a great choice. The location is great with plenty of options for dining nearby and Broadway shopping centre just around the corner. We loved being so close to the tube station. Our room was well-maintained and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfast buffet is something we'll remember for a long time. It was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the restaurant was well-lit and stylish. Finally, the view we had from our room was just amazing.
During our stay, we found the staff to be a bit frosty at times, but it was not a major letdown for us.

This place is in an easy-to-access location with a train station nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The service is top-notch, with staff always available and helpful in ensuring a stress-free stay. The amenities here are plentiful, including room service and a variety of shops on site. Our room was comfortable and well-insulated, we didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
